History of Satisfaction Limousines, Inc.
Our owners, Maria and Rob Hamilton, founded Satisfaction Limousines, Inc., in 1984 with one burgundy 1977 Lincoln Towncar 36” stretch limousine and their house phone. Our fleet and customer base has grown but our commitment to excellence is still the core of Satisfaction.
What Have We Accomplished?
We have retained a solid 60% of our client base since we opened our doors 36 years ago.
We stand above the rest by providing a unique trifecta of vehicle quality, customer service, and safety. Our excellence and dedication to the industry as well as the community we serve are the results of our 35 years in business. We have been voted “the best of the best” through Click on Detroit, The Knot, and LCT Magazine which named us one of the top three limousine services in the country.
Vehicle, office, and chauffeur operations are managed professionally, efficiently, and supervised on a daily basis. We keep track of every reservation from start to finish. We instill a high degree of pride and respect in all our employees and have become well known and requested in many community events.
Office Operations and Personnel
One on one contact with the client is a top priority at Satisfaction Limousines. We’re working on expanding to online booking (coming soon!) but we still love picking up the phone and hearing from YOU, the heart of our business. Providing personalized service is how we began our business and will always be something that we will provide. Whether you’re on the phone with one of the Hamilton’s sons who work in the office or Maria herself, you’ll receive our award winning service from booking to the day of and hopefully beyond, as many of our clients are repeat customers. Satisfaction Limousines’ facility is housed in a 35,000 square foot showroom.
